If your preferred dates are available, then go ahead and submit a Retreat Estimate.  If the dates you are interested are marked as "PENDING", then another group may be ahead of you in line, but they haven't solidified their booking.  In some cases, even if another group is "booked", they may not have reserved the whole facility and we may be able to accommodate another group.
