SUMMER STAFF
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in running the summer camp and retreat programs as well as general help with facilities upkeep, food service, and projects as needed. Must be able to lead people and activities with confidence and proficiency. We are looking for people who are cheerful, hard-working, eager to serve, and willing to do whatever is needed to help make the camp experience excellent in all areas for our guests.
We may designate different areas of emphasis for different staff...i.e. kitchen, programming,, facilities, etc.. However, there will also be times of overlapping responsibilities.
MINIMUM SUMMER STAFF QUALIFICATIONS

A personal relationship with Jesus Christ with enough maturity to be able to attract and lead others to Him as well.

At least 19 years of age and graduated high school over 1 year ago.

Ability to lead and interact with adults, as well as high school youth.

Submit to a background check and have a clean record.

Be available for the required dates and duration of summer.

Physically fit and able-bodied enough to engage in and lead a wide range of recreational and physically demanding activities

Preferred starting and ending dates May 27th to Aug 9th 2024. Half summer options also available.

Salary starting at $250/per week. +$50 for lifeguard certification. Returning staff +$50 for subsequent summers.
