Event Barn
The Event Barn is our building that can accommodate up to 200 people in theater style seating and 150 for a banquet. It has a casual setting just right for group rallies, worship or indoor activities. The Barn is equipped with light, video and sound systems.
Cloudbreak Meeting Yurt
The Cloudbreak Meeting Yurt, located in the yurt Village is a flexible-use space that can used as a meeting space for up to 75 people, a leaders lounge, small-group breakouts, etc. It has a flat-screen TV with internet service, sound system, and is comfortably conditioned with both A/C and heat. Cloudbreak has gorgeous views in almost every direction with abundant windows (windows open or closed as desired.
Outdoor Venues
"The Grove" is an area below the yurt village. It is a campfire circle type meeting area with a gas fire pit, stage and lighting and a simple sound system. This is only available weather permitting. In order for Big Canyon to be good stewards of its equipment, we may not make our sound system available due to the threat of bad weather. We have two real wood burning fire pits one located in the Yurt Village area, the other near the entrance to Aspen Lodge.
